Warren Avenue Chapel is built.

Known also as the Barnard Memorial Chapel, it is located on Warren Avenue. The congregation was established in 1832. Charles Barnard is the first minister and serves until 1864. It is known as the “The Children’s Church” because of its active Sunday School. Theodore Parker calls it “well night the most Christian public thing in Boston.” The congregation is dissolved and the building is sold in 1925.
